How billing, cancellations, and refunds work.
Subscriptions
Plans bill in advance. You can cancel anytime from the billing portal; access continues until the end of the paid period. We don't pro-rate partial months.
Failed generations
If a generation fails, the credits reserved for it are automatically refunded to your balance.
Top-ups
One-time credit purchases are generally non-refundable once credits are added, except where required by law.
Requesting a refund
If something went wrong, email support@easyaiphotos.com — we review good-faith refund requests case by case.
