Pricing questions
- How do credits work?
- Each plan includes a monthly credit allowance. A standard photo is 1 credit; video is priced per second by engine. Unused monthly credits reset each cycle; purchased top-up credits last two years.
- Can I change plans?
- Anytime — upgrade, downgrade, or cancel from the billing portal. Changes take effect immediately and your allowance adjusts.
- What if I run out of credits?
- Buy a one-time top-up bundle. Top-up credits are spent only after your monthly allowance runs out.
- Which plans include video?
- The full Video Studio is included on Max and Ultra. All paid plans include the Photo Studio and free tools.
