These terms govern your use of EasyAIPhotos (easyaiphotos.com), operated by Leelandio, LLC ("we", "us"). By creating an account or using the service, you agree to them.
Your account
You must be at least 18 to use the service. You're responsible for activity under your account and for keeping your credentials secure.
Acceptable use
You may not use the service to create sexual content involving minors, non-consensual intimate imagery, content that impersonates others to deceive, or anything illegal. We screen prompts and uploads and will suspend accounts that violate this policy.
Rights to uploaded faces
You may only upload and train on photos of yourself, or of someone who has given you explicit permission. You represent that you hold the necessary rights to every image you upload.
Your content & license
You own the images and videos you generate. Paid plans from Pro up include a commercial-use license. We retain a limited license to operate, back up, and improve the service.
Credits & plans
Generations consume credits per the published rates. Monthly credits reset each billing cycle; purchased top-up credits expire after two years. Failed generations are refunded.
Termination
You can delete your account anytime from Settings. We may suspend accounts that violate these terms. See the Refund Policy for billing on termination.
